'Yes' they love to play.  All rabbits need toys to play to keep them  happy and fit.

Rabbits left alone without toys become bored very quickly and this can lead to a rabbit feeling depressed  

why is a good diet needed

A rabbit needs a good diet of fresh hay and water.  Fresh vegetables and fruit plus a good pellet mix they need this every day to keep them healthy
